Will focuses his practice on litigation with an emphasis on civil, real property and probate matters as well as guardianship. He counsels clients through all the phases of conflict resolution, beginning with pre-litigation and continuing into filing, discovery, trial, and appeal, if necessary. Will has experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation. In guardianship matters, Will oversees the financial management of the estates of elderly clients upon incapacitation.

- Representation of construction companies in defense of construction contract disputes
- Representation of landlords and tenants in leasing transactions
- Counsel to landlords and tenants in negotiation and drafting of commercial leases and licenses, including office, retail and industrial properties
- Representation of both banks and homeowners regarding foreclosure disputes
- Defense of investor tenant’s appeal of Judgment of eviction. Obtained dismissal of appeal and Writ of Possession.
- Representation of landlords in tenant evictions based upon non-payment of rent
- Represented personal representative of estate and trustee in litigation to set aside will and trust
- Representation of incapacitated elderly in financial management and defense of their estate
- Representation of families petitioning for guardianship over incompetent parent and minor children
