Guy is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration and real estate law. He previously served as the firm’s President and Managing Director.
Guy works with clients to develop wealth transfer strategies. He establishes trusts and prepares wills to protect and preserve assets, minimize taxes and avoid probate. Guy resolves clients’ complex legal and tax issues and prepares federal estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings.

- Representation of individuals in design of wealth transfer plans, including lifetime and testamentary transfers
- Representation of individuals in the formation and reorganization of family businesses (corporate, partnership, and limited liability company) to achieve family wealth transfer objectives
- Representation of individuals in the design of trusts benefiting family members
- Representation of executors and trustees in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service relating to estate, gift, and generation-skipping taxation
- Advise individual clients on transfer tax reduction, probate avoidance, post-mortem planning with disclaimers and elections and suits to construe or modify wills and trusts
