Gary is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Real Estate. His practice focuses on real estate and corporate and business law. Gary represents buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions, issuance of title insurance, commercial lending, real estate development and real property litigation. Gary’s experience includes preparing documents for the formation of many of the area’s residential and commercial condominiums. He counsels condominium and homeowners' associations and represents a wide range of business owners in the creation of corporations, limited liability companies, professional service corporations and professional limited liability companies.

Representative Work

• Representation of buyers and sellers and issuance of title insurance for commercial and residential real estate sales and tax deferred exchanges
• Represented multiple developers in the development, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial condominium projects
• Counsel to landlords and tenants in negotiation and drafting of commercial leases including office, retail and industrial projects
• Represented borrowers and lenders in the financing and preparation of loan documents for multi-million dollar commercial projects
• Representation of borrowers and lenders in residential and commercial loan workouts and foreclosures
• Representation of homeowners’ and condominium associations in drafting of association documents, assessment lien foreclosures, and other disputes
• Representation of parties in quiet title actions, partition actions, and other real property litigation
