Will Sunter received a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from the University of Florida majoring in Finance. In December of 2004 he received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Stetson University College of Law and his Master of Business Administration from Stetson University. While at Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Sunter was Co-Director of the Mediation, Negotiating, and Client Interview Team. In 2004, he won the Robert R. Merhige Jr. National Environmental Law Negotiation Competition in Richmond, Virginia.
Mr. Sunter concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, probate, and general civil litigation. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Charlotte County Bar Association.
