Connie Schider, a director, received her Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Florida in 1986. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Valparaiso University, Indiana. Ms. Schider is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Marital and Family Law and also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Family Law Mediator. She concentrates her practice mainly in the areas of divorce, custody, support, and guardianship.
Ms. Schider has served as a Charlotte County Court System night court hearing officer and Guardian ad Litem. She currently serves as a member of the 20th Judicial Circuit Fee Arbitration Committee and is the past chair of the 20th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee for Charlotte County, Florida (2001-2002).
Ms. Schider is a member of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, as well as the Florida Bar Association and Charlotte County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit; the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, and all Florida state courts.
