Jason Lucas associated with the firm in 2000.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of Florida and his M.B.A. and Juris Doctor degrees (cum laude)
from Stetson University. Mr. Lucas worked as a judicial intern
for Chief U.S. District Judge Elizabeth Kovachevich.
Prior to associating with the firm, he also
served as an Associate Justice on Stetson Law School's Moot
Court Executive Board. Mr. Lucas is focusing his practice
in general civil litigation and criminal defense.
He is a member of both The Florida Bar and
The Charlotte County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice
in the United States District Court for the Middle District
of Florida. Mr. Lucas serves on the Board of Directors for
The Charlotte County Legal Aid Society and is an attorney
volunteer for The Charlotte County Teen Court program.
