Dorothy Korszen, a director, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida in 1980 and became a Professional Engineer, registered in Florida, in 1985. She received her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, in 1988 from the University of Miami where she was a member of the Inter-American Law Review. After practicing environmental law in Miami and Milwaukee, and owning a manufacturing company, Mrs. Korszen joined the firm in 2003.
She practices in the trusts and estates, probate, and real property areas. Mrs. Korszen is a member of the Venice-Englewood Bar Association, the Charlotte County Bar Association,
the Florida Bar
and the Charlotte County and Venice Estate and Tax Planning
Councils. She serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for the Gulf Coast Community Foundation of Venice,
is a member of the Englewood Area Board of Realtors, the
Englewood Women's Council of Realtors, the Englewood-Venice
Business and Professional Women's Group and serves on the
Finance Committee at Englewood United Methodist Church.
