Jennifer Howell, a director, earned both her Juris Doctor and Bachelor
of Arts degrees, with honors, from Stetson University.
She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney.
Mrs. Howell associated with the Farr Law Firm in 1998 and is
focusing her practice on elder law, Medicaid planning (asset
protection), estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate.
Mrs. Howell is currently serving as the Treasurer for the
Charlotte County Bar Association and is on the marketing
advisory board for the Charlotte County Community Foundation.
She is the past president of the Charlotte County Estate and Tax
Planning Council and has taught an Elder Law class at Edison
Community College for the Learning in Retirement program.
Mrs. Howell is the Charlotte County Representative for the
Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and also a member of The
National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is a member
of Leadership Charlotte and The Florida Bar.
