Every staff member at the Farr Law Firm is a consummate professional and an invaluable contributor to the firm’s mission of providing the highest quality legal services with integrity and care.
Florida Registered Paralegals
Central to this support group is the firm’s team of Florida Registered Paralegals. The Florida Bar only registers paralegals who meet specific criteria including education, certification, or work experience. Additionally, The Florida Bar requires Florida Registered Paralegals to participate in continuing education in order to retain their certification. Florida Registered Paralegals must complete a minimum of thirty hours of continuing education every three years, including courses on legal ethics and professionalism.
Florida Registered Paralegals working at the Farr Law Firm have a training and educational plan developed and supervised by one of the firm’s directors. Although an individual does not need to be registered in order to work as a paralegal, the Farr Law Firm has determined that registration indicates a higher standard of legal support.
