Florida Registered Paralegals
Carol J. Enos provides paralegal support for the firm's Litigation practice area and works with attorneys David A. Holmes and Darol H.M. Carr.  She has been a member of the firm since 2000.  In addition to her Florida Registered Paralegal designation, Carol received her Associate of Science degree with honors in 1994, is a Certified Paralegal and a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc. since 2008.Â
Sherry Faircloth provides paralegal support for the firm's Real Estate and Litigation practice areas and works with attorney Roger H. Miller III. She has been a member of the firm since 2006.  In addition to her Florida Registered Paralegal designation, Sherry received her Associates degree in Paralegal studies from the Florida Career Institute in 1992.Â
Pam Foulk provides paralegal support for the firm's Real Estate and Business practice areas and works with attorney Gary A. Kahle. She has worked for the firm since 2000. In addition to her Florida Registered Paralegal designation, Pam received her Associate of Science degree with honors in Secretarial Science from Edison Community College in 1979.
Tammy L. Hoffman provides paralegal support for the firm's Real Estate department and works with the attorneys who practice in residential real estate and title services. She has worked for the firm since 1999. In addition to her Florida Registered Paralegal designation, Tammy received her Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Edison Community College, now known as Edison State College.
Jean M. Jayne provides paralegal support for the firm’s Real Estate and Business practice areas and works with attorney Jack O. Hackett II. She has worked for the firm since 1980 and in 1987 began working with Mr. Hackett whom later became managing partner of the firm from 2005-2009. Since then, Ms. Jayne has gained experience in commercial lending and corporate work.
Stefanie Johnson provides paralegal support for the firm’s Real Estate department and works with the attorneys who practice in residential real estate and title services. She has worked for the firm since 2002 and has 13 years of experience in residential real estate closings.
Deborah M. Koster provides paralegal support for the firm's Personal Injury and Wrongful Death attorney, Darol H.M. Carr. Prior to joining the firm in 1990, Ms. Koster worked with another law firm in Michigan and has gained extensive experience in the personal injury field since 1982.
Mary E. Lavine provides paralegal support for the firm's Probate, Trust Administration and Asset Transfer department and works with the attorneys in this practice area. She has worked for the firm since 1989. During this time, she gained extensive experience in probate matters and now primarily handles larger estates. Â
Barbara M. Lockhart provides paralegal support for the firm's Business, Litigation, Real Estate and Asset Protection practice area and works with attorneys David A. Holmes and William W. Sunter. She has worked for the firm since 2007. In addition to her Florida Registered Paralegal designation, Barbara received her Associates degree in Paralegal studies from Manatee Community College in 1995.
Kathleen Marshall provides paralegal support for the firm’s Estate Planning practice area works with the attorneys in this practice. She has worked for the firm since 1982. Kathleen graduated from The American University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1972 and became a Certified Paralegal in 1994. She is currently a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc. and the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc.
Elisama Miranda provides paralegal support for the firm's Probate, Trust Administration and Asset Transfer department and works with the attorneys in this practice area. Ms. Miranda began working in probate in 1999 with another firm, prior to joining the firm in 2006.
Suzanne M. Ziegler is the manager of the firm’s Probate, Trust Administration and Asset Transfer department and provides paralegal support for the attorneys who work in this practice area. She has worked for the firm since 1995 supporting attorneys with real estate, condominium and estate planning work. Ms. Ziegler moved to the probate department in 2001 and has been the department manager since 2006.
